You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging (tags attached if applicable)
Returned for a valid reason (including change of mind or quality issues)
We accept returns for any reason – including change of mind – as long as the above conditions are met.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Undergarments, socks, or face masks
Gift cards
Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
Free Returns & No Restocking Fee
We offer free returns for all eligible items. No restocking fee will be charged.
How to Initiate a Return
1.Contact us at info@firstlite.sbs with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2.We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3.Pack the item securely in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location indicated on the label.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Visibility Time
After we process the refund, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement or payment account, depending on your card issuer or PayPal.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@firstlite.sbs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
